Ritika Ventures reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Availability
We deal in packaging products including stock packaging, food packaging, courier bags, apparel packaging, and custom printed products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Modify product specifications
- Discontinue products
- Limit quantities
- Refuse orders at our discretion
Product images are for reference purposes only. Slight variations in colour, finish, texture, size, or material appearance may occur between production batches.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Standard stock products require 100% advance payment.
- Custom printed orders require 50% payment before production begins. Balance 50% before dispatch.
GST invoices will be issued based on the billing details shared at the time of order confirmation.
4. Orders, Cancellation & Custom Printing
Standard stock orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Custom printed or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
For custom printing:
- Customers are responsible for providing correct artwork, dimensions, spellings, and approvals.
- Artwork approvals shared via WhatsApp or email will be treated as final approval for production.
- Exact colour matching across materials and print batches cannot always be guaranteed.
- Minor colour variations (approximately 2–5%) are considered standard industry tolerance.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply for customised products depending on the product type and printing requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to use submitted logos, trademarks, and artwork.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Product availability
- Production timelines
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Transport availability
- Public holidays or events beyond operational control
Once shipments are handed over to the courier or transport provider, transit handling and delivery timelines are outside Ritika Ventures’ direct control.
6. Product Usage & Storage
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use before ordering.
Paper packaging products should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from moisture, humidity, and direct sunlight.
Ritika Ventures is not responsible for damages caused due to improper storage, mishandling, overloading, heat exposure, or incorrect usage after delivery.
7. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All products and services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Ritika Ventures shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business or profits
- Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers
- Damages occurring after delivery or transporter handover
We do our best to keep product information accurate, but occasional technical, pricing, or typographical errors may occur and may be corrected without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, and text belong to Ritika Ventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
Customer information shared with Ritika Ventures is used only for order processing, communication, shipping, and support purposes.
We do not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
