At Ritika Ventures, we deal in packaging products that are either stocked in bulk or customised specifically for each brand. Because of the nature of the business, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders placed through our website or via custom production.

Customers who wish to verify product quality, finish, size, thickness, or material before placing an order can:
- Visit our stores/offices in Chennai or Bangalore
- Request actual product photos/videos on WhatsApp
- Speak to our team for guidance on material selection and usage
We’re always happy to help you choose the right packaging before you place the order — because nobody enjoys surprise box drama.
Custom Printed Orders
All custom printed products are manufactured specifically against approved requirements shared by the customer.
Please note:
- Slight colour variations (approximately 2–5%) are considered standard industry tolerance.
- Minor variations in finish, texture, folding, or material appearance may occur between production batches.
- Once artwork/design approval is confirmed and production begins, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If you receive incorrect products or missing items, please notify our team within 36 hours of delivery along with:
- Clear photos/videos
- Order details
- Packaging images (if applicable)
Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution wherever applicable.
