Shipping Charges & Payment Terms
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and transport mode selected.
Payment Terms
- Standard stock products: 100% advance payment required to confirm the order.
- Custom orders: 50% advance payment to begin production. Remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
- Custom printed or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Order Processing
Most standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 11 AM IST on Fridays will be processed from the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding government holidays and scheduled warehouse closures.
- We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Customised or made-to-order products may require additional production time and do not fall under standard dispatch timelines.
- Estimated dispatch timelines for custom orders will be shared during order confirmation.
We move fast — but we still believe in quality checks before panic dispatches.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location and transport availability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Remote delivery locations
- Transport or courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or regional restrictions
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, once the shipment leaves our facility, logistics timelines are largely in the hands of the transport provider (and occasionally destiny).
Logistics & Transport Responsibility
Once the shipment has been handed over to the transporter, delivery timelines, transit handling, and shipment movement are outside Ritika Ventures’ direct control.
Transit Damage & Liability
Any damage, loss, delay, or mishandling during transit is the responsibility of the transport/courier company.
Customers are requested to inspect shipments upon delivery and immediately notify the transport provider in case of visible damage.
Storage & Handling Responsibility
Paper packaging products should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, moisture, humidity, and excessive heat.
Ritika Ventures is not responsible for damage caused due to:
- Improper storage conditions
- Moisture or water exposure
- Heat damage
- Mishandling after delivery
- Improper stacking or transportation by the customer
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate while placing your order.
Ritika Ventures is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Incorrect contact information
- Receiver unavailability
- Courier-related operational issues beyond our control
If a shipment is returned to our Chennai facility due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details:
- Additional shipping charges for redelivery will be applicable.
- Redelivery will be arranged only after the package is received back at our facility and inspected for any damages.
- Return transit and reprocessing may take up to 72 working hours.
Missing, Damaged, or Manufacturing-Related Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has a manufacturing-related issue, please notify us within 36 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.
Concerns reported beyond this timeline may not qualify for investigation or resolution.
Our team will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner or internal production team wherever applicable. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue and courier partner processes.
