There are three parts to a mop; the head, the handle and the bucket. These wear down at different paces, so it is always handy to have a mop that can be replaced piece by piece to save cost and get the longest life out of easy of the parts. The mop head can become stained over time and wears down faster, this should be replaced reasonably often. While the handles and buckets don’t wear easily they can become damaged, in which case it is always good to replace them.
